STUDIO RATES & BOOKING POLICIES
Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Our rates are affordable and it would be better to for us to get the whole picture to be able to give you the correct rate.
i.e. it is cheaper to book daily rates rather than hourly rates if you will be using the facility for more than a day.
A 50% deposit is required to book a session (Min 2 hours). This ensures you get the dates you want and protects the studio from unexpected losses keeping our rates low.
48 hours notice is required for any cancellation or re-scheduling.
Failure to comply results in loss of deposit and a new deposit is required for any future bookings.
Outstanding balances, including all media used, must be paid in full at the end of each session or block of dates. No media will be released, including rough mixes, until the entire balance is paid and the check clears.
Files are recorded digitally on a hard drive.
If you require the studio to back-up your data after every session, please specify this at the time of booking.
Clients that have not requested data backup services are responsible for backing up that data. It can be on CDR, DVD, or Hard drive. The studio assumes no responsibility for data that is not backed up. At the conclusion of the recording, all files are erased in 14 days.
Guests are welcome, but the client is responsible for their actions.
However, in the interest of creating the best possible end result, it is advisable that only the artist or band be present at the recordings. Guests are a huge distraction for all involved and will inevitably result in time loss and the artist or band not performing at their best.
The penalties for being caught with narcotics in Thailand are SEVERE and potentially life threatening, and as such narcotics are forbidden from being brought into the studio.
Sessions start at the time they are booked for, regardless of whether clients are present or not, and continue until all studio functions have ceased and clients are preparing to leave. Clients may make arrangements in advance to arrive early if they have equipment to set up.
Master recordings and computer files left at the studio are uninsured. Legend Music cannot be held liable for damages out of our control to media or equipment. Media left over 30 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Legend Music.
We strive to keep all of our equipment in 100% working order and sounding great. In the unlikely event a session must be cancelled or delayed due to equipment failure, disaster or any other reason out of client or studio control, we will do our best to compensate clients for unusable time on a case-by-case basis. In such a situation, deposits are fully refundable providing your balance is paid up.
